At BridgeLanguages, we aim to maintain clear, fair, and professional payment practices for all clients. We require an upfront payment as a mutual commitment between the client and the service provider - a standard and safe practice in professional engagements.
By paying a portion upfront, the client confirms their commitment to the project, helping to prevent scheduling conflicts or last-minute cancellations. In turn, the service provider is both ethically and contractually obligated to deliver the work on time and as agreed.
This mutual commitment fosters accountability and ensures a smoother, more reliable working relationship for both parties.
Payment Terms
* Small Projects (up to 2,000 words): 50% payment is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery.
* Medium Projects (2,000–5,000 words): 40% payment is required upfront, with the remaining 60% due upon final delivery.
* Large Projects (5,000+ words): 30% payment is required upfront. The remaining 70% will be paid in installments based on delivery milestones (e.g., every 1,000 or 2,000 words delivered).
* Ongoing or Long-Term Projects: Custom payment plans are available. Please Contact Us to discuss a suitable arrangement.
Refund Policy
We understand that things change. Here’s how we handle refunds:

Before Work Begins: A full refund of any upfront payment will be issued only if the cancellation request is made before work has begun, and no expenses have been incurred on our end. If costs have been incurred (e.g., Payment Method fees), the refund will be adjusted accordingly, and only the remaining balance after deducting applicable charges will be returned.
After Work Has Started: No full refunds. If work has already started, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, and only the remaining balance after deducting applicable charges will be returned.

Completed Work: No refunds after the final delivery, unless there is a proven quality issue that violates the agreed service terms.

Quality Disputes: If you're not satisfied with the final work, we will revise the content up to 2 times free of charge to meet your expectations.
